Shop Policies -
Eye Orders-
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of your order. You will be refunded the order cost & shipping less a $5 restocking fee to cover Paypal/Stripe fees for your order.
After 24 hours your order has already been started and can no longer be cancelled.
Stuffie Orders -
I do NOT accept cancellations on Custom Orders.
If we do reach an agreement to cancel & refund - your order will be refunded minus cost of materials and/or shipping if it has already been shipped to you After I receive the order back in the same condition it was sent to you.
